White Wine Ginger Cooler

• 4 ounces white wine
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 3 ounces ginger beer, soda
• 1 strip lemon (to garnish)

1. Fill a large goblet with ise cubes.
2. Stir in the wine and the bitters and top off with ginger beer.
3. Garnish with lemon.
