LG DRY NOODLE WITH SOFT EGGS

  1. MAKE SOFT EGGS
  2. bring water in pot to a boil then off heat and put 4 eggs onto pot and cover lid for 5 minute 35 seconds or longer a few more seconds depending on the size of the eggs
  3. drain eggs and cooled with runny water set aside
  4. MAKE DRY INSTANT NOODLE
  5. bring water to a boil then put noodle into pot and the simmer for 2 minute
  6. once noodle is cooked off heat put bean sprout and blanch together with noodle for 10 second then drain away water
  7. put dry noodle seasoning and mix well
  8. serve dry noodle top soft eggs
