Midwest Bran Muffins Recipe

  1. Add in Crisco to sugar and Large eggs and mix well.
  2. Add in buttermilk, flour, and baking soda and stir.
  3. Add in Bran Buds and water mix and blend thoroughly.
  4. Then add in All Bran.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
  6. Makes 4 to 6 dozen muffins.
  7. Mix may be stored in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
