Simple Strawberry Preserves Cooked In Microwaves Recipe

• 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. frzn strawberries
• 3 tbsp. powdered fruit pectin
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Place strawberries in 2 qt casserole.
2. Cook in Radarange Oven on full power for 2 min.
3. Stir in powdered fruit pectin.
4. Cook in Radarange Oven on full power for about 2 min, or possibly till few bubbles surface.
5. Stir in sugar and lemon juice.
6. Cook in Radarange oven on full power for 6 min.
7. Stir 2 to 3 times during cooking time.
8. Pour into glass jars.
9. Cover and chill.
10. MICRO-TIP: If sealed with paraffin, jars may be stored in the freezer for use when needed.
