Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables (TUMIS OSENG SAYURAN)
- 100 gr long or string beans (yard/log bean), cut into 3 cm
- 1 bunch mustard greens, cut
- 2 eggplant, sliced crosswise
- 3 pcs large red chilli, sliced oblique
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 1/2 cm piece galangal, crushed
- 250 ml water
- to taste Sugar and salt
- 15 pcs cayenne pepper
- 5 hazelnuts
- 6 onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- Saute the seasoning mashed with oil until fragrant, pour water and let stand until boiling.
- Add the string beans, eggplant and red pepper pieces.
- Stir until wilted.
- Add the pepper powder, sugar and salt.
- Add mustard and stir.
- Cook until done and serve.
