Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables (TUMIS OSENG SAYURAN)

  1. Saute the seasoning mashed with oil until fragrant, pour water and let stand until boiling.
  2. Add the string beans, eggplant and red pepper pieces.
  3. Stir until wilted.
  4. Add the pepper powder, sugar and salt.
  5. Add mustard and stir.
  6. Cook until done and serve.
