Chicken and Blue Cheese Ravioli with Walnut Sauce
- 400g minced chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 50g blue cheese, crumbled
- 100g baby spinach leaves, wilted, roughly chopped
- 60 wonton wrappers
- Walnut Sauce
- 100g chopped walnuts, toasted
- 100g butter
- Combine chicken, Philly*, blue cheese and spinach.
- Place tablespoons of mixture on a wonton skin.
- Brush with water and top with another skin, pressing the seal firmly.
- Cook wonton in a large pot of rapidly boiling water for 6-8 minutes, drain.
- Serve with sauce.
- Walnut Sauce: Melt butter in a small saucepan and add walnuts to warm through.
