Chicken and Blue Cheese Ravioli with Walnut Sauce

  1. Combine chicken, Philly*, blue cheese and spinach.
  2. Place tablespoons of mixture on a wonton skin.
  3. Brush with water and top with another skin, pressing the seal firmly.
  4. Cook wonton in a large pot of rapidly boiling water for 6-8 minutes, drain.
  5. Serve with sauce.
  6. Walnut Sauce: Melt butter in a small saucepan and add walnuts to warm through.
