Simple Tri-Colour Rice Bowl (One Bowl Dish)

  1. Pull the strings at the seams of the snow peas and discard.
  2. Blanch the snow peas for 1-2 minutes in boiling water.
  3. When they turn a nice green colour, drain and chill in cold water.
  4. Slice the snow peas into 3 mm diagonal strips.
  5. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste (not listed).
  6. Heat oil in a pan and pour in the beaten eggs.
  7. Mix them up with two pairs of chopsticks to make the scrambled eggs.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and add the ground beef.
  9. Stir until the pieces break up and crumble.
  10. Add the ingredients.
  11. Make a bed of rice in a big bowl and decorate with snow peas, eggs, and beef on top.
  12. It's done!
