Katie'S Chicken Salad
- 4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon leaves
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 lb. seedless green grapes
- 1/2 lb. walnut pieces
- 6 green onions
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 c. Ranch dressing
- 1/2 pkg. lean bacon
- water
- 1 c. ground white cornmeal
- 1/2 c. Vitamin D milk
- 2 1/2 c. leftover boneless turkey
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- water (up to 5 c. full)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes (small slices)
- 1 small can tomato sauce (not paste)
- 4 carrots, chopped or cubed
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. your favorite all natural herb seasoning *
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. soya sauce (can be found in most health food stores)
- 1/4 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup
- *These seasonings usually are made without salt and without preservatives or m.s.g. added.
