Festive Apple-Cranberry Salad

• 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
• 1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
• 1 each green and red apple, coarsely chopped Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 8 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
• 2 cups Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
• 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted

1. Mix Miracle Whip and dressing until blended.
2. Add to apples in medium bowl; toss to evenly coat.
3. Spoon into large straight-sided clear bowl; top with layers of all remaining ingredients except nuts.
4. Refrigerate 3 hours.
5. Toss gently just before serving; sprinkle with nuts.
