Pork, Sauerkraut And Apples Recipe
- 1 pound fat-trimmed boneless pork cubes, cut from leg
- 1 c. sliced onion
- 1/2 c. gin
- 3 c. rinsed and liquid removed sauerkraut
- 2 unpared Golden brown Delicious apples, shredded
- 2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Spray a non-stick pot with cooking spray.
- Add in pork cubes and brown over medium heat.
- Turn to brown proportionately.
- Stir in onion.
- Cook 1 minute, then stir in gin.
- Add in liquid removed sauerkraut, shredded apples and caraway seeds.
- Cover and simmer till pork is tender, about 50 min.
