Cucumber Lemonade Gin Punch
- 4 whole lemons, halved
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 quart water
- 1 large cucumber, trimmed and sliced into rounds on a mandoline
- 24 ounces gin
- Ice cubes
- Juice the lemons and place the strained juice and the bodies into a large pot.
- Add the sugar to the pot and muddle with the lemon bodies and juice for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove the lemon bodies, add the water and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Strain the mixture into a 3-quart glass container and add the cucumbers.
- Steep for 1 hour.
- Add the gin and stir to combine.
- Serve over ice.
