Minute Steak Stew

  1. Pound steak and cube.
  2. Roll in seasoned flour.
  3. Brown in shortening with chopped onions and peppers in fat-free beef broth.
  4. Place into large dutch oven.
  5. Pour in sauce with 2 cans water.
  6. Add potatoes, carrots, and peas.
  7. Cook slowly until tender, about 1 hour.
