Versatile Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 1 pound elbows, #35 macaroni or possibly sm. shells
- 2 c. cubed cooked ham, chicken or possibly lobster Or possibly 2 (7 1/2 ounce.) cans tuna, liquid removed
- Mayonnaise to moisten
- Vinegar (white or possibly apple cider)
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 2 hard-boiled Large eggs, sliced
- Some parsley or possibly even oregano
- Some pepper
- Cook macaroni as on package, drain.
- Drain tuna or possibly us ham, chicken or possibly lobster.
- In large bowl mix and toss all the above ingredients.
- Garnish with sliced Large eggs and parsley.
- 8-10 servings.
