Simple BBQ Chicken
- 6 pieces boneless skinless chicken
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce, of your choice
- 1 12 cups apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons seasoning, of your choice
- Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl put the pieces of chicken and vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes rub the chicken, pour the vinegar out and season the chicken.
- I used McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning.
- Make sure to rub the seasoning into all the little crevices of the chicken.
- Place chicken on pan and cook for 10 minutes.
- Pull out chicken and pour out any excess juices.
- Then lather the top of the chicken in bar-be-que sauce and put the chicken back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Pull the chicken out again, turn over and lather the chicken again and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Finally pull out the chicken and if dry put more bar-be-que sauce.
- Serve with a healthy side and Done!
