Simple BBQ Chicken

  1. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl put the pieces of chicken and vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes rub the chicken, pour the vinegar out and season the chicken.
  4. I used McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning.
  5. Make sure to rub the seasoning into all the little crevices of the chicken.
  6. Place chicken on pan and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Pull out chicken and pour out any excess juices.
  8. Then lather the top of the chicken in bar-be-que sauce and put the chicken back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
  9. Pull the chicken out again, turn over and lather the chicken again and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  10. Finally pull out the chicken and if dry put more bar-be-que sauce.
  11. Serve with a healthy side and Done!
