Yummy Tuna Noodle Casserole
- 2 cup elbow noodles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 jar of alfredo sauce I like to use prego bacon alfredo sauce
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 dash of salt, garlic powder and onion powder
- 2 can of tuna in water drained ( I like to use white albacore tuna in water)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese ( I like to use Velveeta shredded cheese)
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips ( I like to use kettle chips )
- 1/2 cup crispy fried onions
- Pre heat oven to 350 F Boil pasta in lightly salted water till al dente.
- Drain and mix in butter, heavy cream, veggie broth, pepper, salt, onion powder and garlic powder, alfredo sauce, tuna and peas mixing well.
- Place mixture into a lightly greased 8 * 8 inch baking dish and top with shredded cheese, crushed potato chips and fried onions.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes
