Asparagus Provencal

  1. Lightly steam asparagus until tender, 6-10 minutes.
  2. Drain well and divide among 4 dishes.
  3. Top with tomatoes and set aside.
  4. Spray a small skillet with cooking spray; saute yellow pepper, onion, garlic and herbs for 5 minutes.
  5. Add to Italian dressing and pour over asparagus.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley.
