Leah's Napa Cabbage Stir Fry
- 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp minced and peeled fresh ginger
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 medium head of napa cabbage, rinsed and sliced thin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek (chili paste)
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- Heat a wok or larfe skillet over high heat.
- Add the olive oil and stir fry the garlic, ginger.
- Do not allow garlic to brown.
- Add and stir fry the carrots and onion.
- About 3 minutes.
- Add the cabbage and stir fry until tender.
- About another 3 minutes.
- Add and mix well the soy sauce, sesame oil, sambal oelek.
- serve immediately sprinkled with the cilantro.
- Delicious!
