Venetian Punch with Cucumber Slices

  1. Peel 1 cucumber half; cut into chunks.
  2. Thinly slice second cucumber half.
  3. Blend cucumber chunks and 1 cup water in blender until smooth; strain into 1-L measuring cup.
  4. Add enough water to measure 4 cups; pour into small punch bowl.
  5. Add drink mix; stir until dissolved.
  6. Add ginger ale, grenadine and cucumber slices.
  7. Serve over ice.
