White Fruit Cake

  1. Prepare and chop nuts.
  2. Cut up fruit and mix with enough flour to keep it from sticking together.
  3. Cream butter, add sugar and beat well.
  4. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beat well after adding each egg. Add flour and orange juice alternately.
  5. Add coconut, fruit and nuts.
  6. Bake in large greased tubed pan at 250u0b0 to 275u0b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
