Sweet Potato, Apple and Spinach Salad

• 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
• 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 2 small), peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
• 1 onion, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 2 apples, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pear, chopped
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) baby spinach leaves

1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
2. Add potatoes and onions; cook 10 min.
3. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
4. Add fruit; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
5. Toss with spinach in large bowl.
6. Serve immediately.
