Pasta with Fresh Herbs and Garlic

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil.
  2. Salt the water so it tastes like sea water.
  3. Add the pasta and cook til al dente.
  4. Drain, pour in a serving bowl, and set aside.
  5. Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat.
  6. Add the chopped herbs and cook for one minute.
  7. Add the garlic and cook for one minute more.
  8. Pour the butter/herb mixture over the pasta and toss.
  9. Give it a taste test.
  10. Season with salt and pepper as necessary.
  11. Garnish with a sprinkling of parmesan.
