Energy Balls
- 2 cups Pitted Dates
- 1- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cups Tahini (or Sub For More Peanut Butter)
- 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/4 cups To 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds (shelled)
- Water (optional)
- 1) Place dates, peanut butter and tahini in a food processor (processing until smooth).
- If needed, add a little bit of water to help process.
- 2) In a bowl, mix date mixture with oats and sunflower seeds.
- 3) Roll into individual balls.
- Place in the fridge until set (roughly 30 minutes).
- Enjoy!
