Energy Balls

  1. 1) Place dates, peanut butter and tahini in a food processor (processing until smooth).
  2. If needed, add a little bit of water to help process.
  3. 2) In a bowl, mix date mixture with oats and sunflower seeds.
  4. 3) Roll into individual balls.
  5. Place in the fridge until set (roughly 30 minutes).
  6. Enjoy!
