Spicy Chicken Nachos

  1. Combine cooked chicken, water, picante sauce, pepper and chicken seasoning in a saucepan and heat thoroughly.
  2. Fry tortillas lightly and drain.
  3. Distribute equal portions of the chicken mixture on the fried tortillas and top with a slice of cheese.
  4. Place completed tortillas on a sheet pan and place pan on a high rack of oven broiler.
  5. Broil until cheese bubbles.
  6. Remove pan and using a pizza cutter or large knife, cut each tortilla into fourths.
  7. Garnish each section with sour cream.
  8. Serves 2 to 3.
