Three-Step Stroganoff

  1. Slice round steak into thin strips and stir-fry in oil until no longer pink.
  2. Stir in soup, water and onion soup mix.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in sour cream, heat through (do not boil).
  5. Serve over noodles.
