Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

  1. Beat eggs
  2. with
  3. 3/4
  4. cup
  5. of
  6. the
  7. butter,
  8. the melted chocolate and
  9. the sugar for 5 minutes until smooth and thick. In a
  10. separate bowl, beat peanut butter with the remaining 1/4 cup of butter.
  11. While
  12. beating, add up to 1/3 cup of the cream to make the
  13. peanut butter a spreadable consistency that will swirl readily
  14. into
  15. thethocolate mixture.
  16. Spoon chocolate mixture into
  17. pie
  18. shell.
  19. Swirl
  20. peanut butter into chocolate mixture. Beat
  21. remaining
  22. cream adding small amount of sugar. Top pie with cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
