Salisbury Steak with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients and 1 cup water.
  2. Shape into 6 (3/4-inch-thick) oval patties.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add patties; cook 5 min.
  5. Turn.
  6. Reduce heat to medium; cook 5 min.
  7. or until done (160 degrees F).
  8. Mix gravy with 1/2 cup water; pour over patties.
  9. Bring to boil; cover.
  10. Simmer on low heat 5 min.
  11. Meanwhile, bring remaining 1-3/4 cups water to boil in medium saucepan.
  12. Remove from heat; stir in potato flakes with fork.
  13. Stir in sour cream; cook on low heat 3 min.
  14. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  15. Spoon potatoes onto serving plates.
  16. Serve with meat and gravy; sprinkle with parsley.
