Stroganoff
- 2 -3 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 cup milk
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 lb round steak
- garlic powder
- meat tenderizer
- onion powder
- nonstick cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray cut up round steak into 1/2 inch pieces and season with garlic,onion powder and meat tenderizer to how you like it.
- Cook until a light pink inside.
- Combine all ingredients in a 3 qt baking dish and stir until well mixed.
- Cover and cook for 1/2 hour.
- When you remove from oven uncover and let stand for about 5 minutes it will thicken up as it cools.
