Strawberry-Orange Layer Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat cake mix, dry gelatin mix, oil, eggs, granulated sugar, flour, orange zest, and 1/2 cup each strawberries and milk in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Pour into 3 greased and floured (8-inch) round pans.
  4. Bake 22 to 23 min.
  5. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
  6. Cool cakes in pans 10 min.
  7. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  8. Beat pudding mix, powdered sugar and remaining milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  9. Gently stir in COOL WHIP and remaining strawberries.
  10. Stack cake layers on plate, filling and frosting with COOL WHIP mixture.
