Seafood Coctail Salad

  1. THAW FISH AND SHRIMP, if frozen; set aside.
  2. For dressing, stir together salad dressing and cocktail sauce.
  3. If necessary, stir in a little water to make of pouring consistency.
  4. Cover and chill until serving time.
  5. IN A MEDIUM MIXING BOWL TOSS together shrimp and/or fish, avocado, and 3 tablespoons of the dressing.
  6. ARRANGE LETTUCE LEAVES on 4-dinner plates.
  7. Spoon Seafood mixture onto lettuce.
  8. Arrange melon, orange slices, and berries around seafood.
  9. Sprinkle with poppy seed.
  10. Serve with remaining dressing.
