Mexi Corn Bread Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Add in extra lowfat milk if needed to make a smooth batter.
  3. Pour into well greased oblong pan.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min.
  5. Serve warm.
