Sheree's Spring Rolls

  1. fry meat and drain off grease.
  2. add all other ingredients except egg roll wrappers.
  3. cook until veggies are limp.. drain and put in colander to drain for at several hours.
  4. take egg roll wrapper and put 1T or so of mix close to the edge.
  5. follow wrapping instructions on package.
  6. moisten edge with water.. finish rolling it.
  7. fry in oil, turning to brown all sides.
  8. I use my deep fryer.
  9. **** Save suggested using salad shrimp

ground pork, black pepper, carrots, cabbage, onions, salt, celery, ground ginger, soy sauce, egg roll wrappers
