Steve'S Flank Steak With Herb Stuffing

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Pound or score steak.
  3. In skillet, heat butter.
  4. Add onion and garlic; cook until brown.
  5. Add mushrooms; cook 3 minutes.
  6. Add nuts, parsley, bread cubes, seasonings, salt, pepper, egg and wine.
  7. (Seasoned stuffing mix can be used instead of plain bread crumbs.)
  8. Spread mixture on steak and roll lengthwise; tie with string at 2-inch intervals.
  9. Brown meat on all sides in a little fat.
  10. Add bouillon.
  11. Cover and bake for 2 hours. To serve, cut into 1-inch slices and serve with pan drippings.
