Sugared Cinnamon Almonds
- 1- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 whole Egg White
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Real Vanilla
- 18 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 16 ounces, weight Whole, Raw Almonds
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly butter.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- In another large bowl, whisk the egg white until slightly frothy.
- Stir in the vanilla and salt.
- Add the almonds to the egg mixture and toss to coat.
- Then pour the almonds into the cinnamon and sugar, toss to coat.
- Spread onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, remove and toss, place back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
- Remove one last time, toss and bake for 5 additional minutes.
- Let cool slightly on the pan before snacking!
- Use a slotted spatula or spoon when transferring the almonds!
- Enjoy!
