Tropical Ham Wrap
- 3 qt. PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 qt. canned crushed pineapple, drained
- 48 each flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 1-1/2 gal. lettuce, shredded
- 144 slices OSCAR MAYER Ham Bulk Water Added, cut into 1-oz. slices
- 12 each large green peppers, each cut lengthwise into 16 strips
- Mix cream cheese and pineapple until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Spread 1 tortilla with 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture; top with 1/2 cup of the lettuce and 3 ham slices.
- Place 4 green pepper strips down center of tortilla.
- Fold in both sides of tortilla, then roll up tightly, starting at bottom of tortilla.
- Cut diagonally in half to serve.
- Secure each half with a toothpick, if desired.
