Glazed Chocolate Chip Cake

  1. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
  2. Add butter, vanilla, egg yolks and 1/2 cup milk and beat 2 minutes. Grate chocolate.
  3. Add pecans and grated chocolate to batter.
  4. Pour mixture into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake at 350u0b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
  5. Cool in pan.
  6. Mix orange juice and powdered sugar.
  7. Spoon mixture over top of warm cake.
  8. Pierce surface of cake with fork to allow glaze to penetrate.
  9. Freeze, if desired, after cake is cool.
