Simple Apple Madeleines
- 100 grams (you could mix the two Margarine or butter
- 100 grams Sugar (or granulated sugar)
- 100 grams Cake flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Apple
- 1 Lemon juice
- 3 packs Heavy cream (coffee creamer)
- 1 stick Sugar sticks
- Cut the apple into 1 cm cubes.
- Lightly mix in the lemon juice and sugar, and then microwave for 2 minutes at 700W.
- Put the butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave.
- Mix in the sugar and eggs, and then add heavy cream.
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Mix the cake flour and baking powder together, and then sift the mixture.
- Stir the mixture into the bowl from Step 2, add the apples from Step 1 and mix it all together.
- Fill the molds to 80% full with the batter and bake in the oven for 17 minutes at 200C.
- When you think they're done, stick a toothpick in and if nothing sticks to it, then the madeleines are done!
