Stuffed Steak Sauce
- at least 1 (3 or 4-inch) steak of your choice
- 1 full size onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 carrot
- 1 c. flour
- seasoning (your choice)
- baking oil of your choice (peanut, olive oil, etc.)
- Preheat oven to 300u0b0.
- Place steak flat on dressing block and cut steak in a manner to have a top "flap" and bottom "flap."
- (For steaks with bones, leave bones in for cooking flavor/juices.) Place sliced onion, bell pepper and carrots on bottom flap of steak; sprinkle with Tabasco and preferred seasoning.
- Close mix with top flap, securing with wooden toothpicks.
- Apply flour to steak; put in broiler pan, cover with tinfoil (do not allow toothpicks to prick foil) and let bake for approximately 1 1/2 hours (regulate to avoid burning).
