Stuffed Steak Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 300u0b0.
  2. Place steak flat on dressing block and cut steak in a manner to have a top "flap" and bottom "flap."
  3. (For steaks with bones, leave bones in for cooking flavor/juices.) Place sliced onion, bell pepper and carrots on bottom flap of steak; sprinkle with Tabasco and preferred seasoning.
  4. Close mix with top flap, securing with wooden toothpicks.
  5. Apply flour to steak; put in broiler pan, cover with tinfoil (do not allow toothpicks to prick foil) and let bake for approximately 1 1/2 hours (regulate to avoid burning).
