Shrimp Cocktail Dip
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 8 ounces, fluid Cocktail Sauce
- 1 pound Shrimp, Boiled, Chopped
- 1 pound Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
- 5 Green Onions, Chopped
- 2 Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 whole Bell Pepper, Chopped
- Combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and sour cream together.
- Beat until well blended.
- In a 12 to 15 platter, layer cream cheese mixture.
- Follow with cocktail sauce, then shrimp, mozzarella cheese, green onions, tomatoes, and bell pepper.
- Garnish with a few whole shrimp.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Service with your favorite plain crackers.
- Notes: I like to make the cream cheese layer at least a day ahead.
- This is so easy and so good!
- It is easy to cut this recipe in half, but dont do it because it will disappear quickly!
- Get creative.
- Add crab meat instead of shrimp.
- Use your favorite cheese, add red and yellow bell pepper along with the green pepper.
