Spicy and Sweet Kebabs
- 2 limes
- 2 -4 tablespoons sriracha hot chili sauce
- 13 cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (12 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 lb chicken, cubed
- 1 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, cubed
- 2 green bell peppers, cubed
- 2 red bell peppers, cubed
- 1 large onion, cubed
- 1 (8 ounce) jar plum sauce
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 -2 teaspoon garlic (or to taste)
- 1 -2 tablespoon rice vinegar

- Soak skewers overnight.

- Cube chicken and beef- put into separate bowls.
- Mix marinade ingredients and pour evenly over chicken and beef.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours maximum.

- Cut up vegetables and place in refrigerator until ready to assemble.

- After marinating time is over take meat and vegetables out of fridge and start to assemble the skewers in the fashion that you like.

- Preheat oven to 500F Bake for 5-7 minutes turn and cook again for 5-7 minutes.
- (Because meat is cut into such small pieces it will cook fast and completely through).
- 6.
- To assemble marinade mix all ingredients together.
- You can serve this cold or warm.
