Toscano Soup - Crock Pot

  1. Brown Sausage in Skillet over Medium-High heat until no longer pink.
  2. Place cooked Sausage, Chicken Broth, Water, Garlic, Potatoes and Onion in Crock Pot.
  3. Cover and cook on High 3-4 Hours until Potatoes are soft (Optional: Mash Potatoes for texture).
  4. Add Kale or Swiss Chard.
  5. Cover and let sit for 5 Minutes.
  6. Stir in Heavy Whipping Cream and serve.
