Zucchini-Ham-Cheese Pie With Crumb Topping

  1. Saute onion, zucchini and garlic in oil in large skillet about 5 minutes or until tender and crisp.
  2. Remove skillet from heat, add ham, Swiss cheese, sour cream, dill weed, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Spoon into pie crust.
  5. Melt butter in small skillet, stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese with a fork.
  6. Sprinkle mixture in a 2-inch band around edge leaving center open.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with parsley and tomato wedges if so desired.
