Chicken Zucchini Casserole Recipe

  2. Slice zucchini and layer on bottom of casserole.

  4. Layer chicken on zucchini.

  6. Mix soup, lowfat milk and nutmeg; pour on chicken.

  8. Mix Bisquick, cheese, egg, parsley and sprinkle on top.

  10. Pour butter on top.
  11. 6.
  12. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
