20 Minute Pork Chop & Rice Dinner
- 4 pork chops (about 5 oz. each), 3/4 inch thick Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- Sprinkle chops with seasoning; set aside.
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chops; cook 5 min.
- on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add celery and onion to skillet; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
- Stir in milk and soup; bring to boil.
- Stir in rice.
- Top with chops; cover.
- Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min.
- or until rice is tender.
