Strawberry Sweetiepie!

  1. To make the strawberry mousse, combine the whipped cream and strawberry puree.
  2. Fold in the egg white.
  3. Place into a mould and freeze.
  4. When ready to assemble, turn out the strawberry mousseline from the mould.
  5. Set it at the center of the serving plate.
  6. Place the heart shaped template.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder.
  8. Decorate with chocolate hearts and a red sugar rose.
  9. Enjoy!
