Creamy Seafood Casserole
- 2 cups Medium Size Pasta
- 1/2 cups Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1 cup Celery, Chopped
- 1 whole Small Onion, Finally Chopped
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Salad Size Shrimps, Cooked
- 1 can Tuna; Do Not Drain
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Cooked your pasta.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, saute the pepper, celery and onion.
- Add the cream of mushroom, shrimps and tuna.
- Add the pasta and mix well.
- Transfer into a casserole.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20 mins, or until the cheese is nicely melted just the way you like it.
- * This is very good with scallops and crab meat also.
