Sweet Apple-Pecan Pork
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 pork cutlets
- 16 oz. sliced apples
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- In nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat until it starts to sizzle; reduce heat to medium.
- Cook pork cutlets in skillet for 2 minutes, then turn over.
- Spoon sliced apples over pork.
- Add brown sugar and pecans; cover.
- Cook 4 to 6 minutes more.
