Chocolate Cherry Bread Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour bottom of an 8 x 4 or possibly 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/4 c. mini chocolate chips and 2 tsp.
  4. oil.
  5. Stir by hand till mix is moistened.
  6. Pour in pan and bake for 60-80 min.
  7. Cold 15 min before removing from pan.
  8. In saucepan over low heat, mix 1/4 c. chocolate chips and 2 tsp.
  9. oil till smooth.
  10. Drizzle on bread.
  11. Refrigeratein refrigerator for 24 hrs before serving for best flavor.
