Give-Me-Cookies Cupcakes

• 1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
• 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/8 tsp. violet paste food colour
• 1 Tbsp. royal blue paste food colour, divided
• 1 tub (1 L) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
• 24 mini chocolate chip cookies
• 24 Jet-Puffed Marshmallows, cut in half
• 48 brown candy-coated chocolate pieces (about 1/2 cup)

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Prepare cake batter as directed on package.
3. Add dry pudding mix, cocoa powder, violet food colour and 2 tsp.
4. blue food colour; mix well.
5. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
6. Bake 18 to 21 min.
7. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.
8. Cool cupcakes in pans 10 min.
9. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
10. Add remaining blue food colouring to Cool Whip; mix well.
11. Spread onto cupcakes.
12. Decorate with remaining ingredients to resemble monsters as shown in photo.
