Easy Simmered Bite-Sized Koya Dofu

  1. Combine all of the liquid ingredients with the dashi broth and heat.
  2. When it reaches a boil, add the koya dofu, carrot, and shitake mushrooms.
  3. Simmer for 5 mintues, add the leek and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. It's ready when there's just a bit of liquid remaining.
