Healthy Tofu Burger

  1. Put the ingredients into a bowl and use your hands to knead until sticky.
  2. Put some vegetable oil in a heated frying pan, form the mixture into burger shapes and pan-fry over medium heat!
  3. Once the surface has browned, flip over and lower the heat to low.
  4. Cover with a lid and steam-fry!
  5. Once cooked, place on a plate and top with shiso and grated daikon radish, and they're done!
  6. Pour over some ponzu and serve.
