Healthy Tofu Burger
- 200 grams Minced chicken thigh
- 80 grams Firm tofu
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 20 grams Panko
- 20 grams Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Put the ingredients into a bowl and use your hands to knead until sticky.
- Put some vegetable oil in a heated frying pan, form the mixture into burger shapes and pan-fry over medium heat!
- Once the surface has browned, flip over and lower the heat to low.
- Cover with a lid and steam-fry!
- Once cooked, place on a plate and top with shiso and grated daikon radish, and they're done!
- Pour over some ponzu and serve.
